Below are samples of previous sites I've designed. My portfolio page includes something you don't usually find on the portfolio pages of other website designers - info on search engine rankings. All new projects I take on undergo keyword research and are designed to rank well without employing any tricks which may get your site banned.
Some Important Notes About Search Engine Rankings:
Search engine rankings are dynamic by nature. Search engines like Google are constantly tweaking their algorithms, and your competitors are constantly optimising their websites. Google, in particular, is famous for doing major updates which can result in a top ranked site suddenly disappearing.
What this all means is that search engine rankings are never guaranteed to remain constant. A page 1 listing today can fall to page 3 tomorrow. Sometimes a site can disappear off the radar all together, only to return several weeks later. The results you see here are a snapshot of the rankings at that point in time, but may well be different if you check them now.
However, by adopting a sound & ethical SEO strategy, and building a high quality site, good long-term results can be achieved.
